Services

General description of basic services

The basic services rendered by the JSC “Novoroslesexport” are:

Export/import transshipment of timber cargoes
Export/import transshipment of other cargoes (metal, package cargoes, bulk cargoes)
Accumulation, open and secured storage of goods
Storage of perishable cargoes at refrigerator warehouse
Reception of goods from r/w and motor transport

Description and application of services

The following schemes are applied for cargo transshipment:

1. Transshipment with shifting in port

«transport (r/w car, motor transport) – warehouse – vessel» (export),
«vessel, r/w transport – warehouse – transport» (import).

The process of transshipment as per this scheme will include:

Export:

Unloading of cargo form the r/w cars, motor transport,
Transportation to the place of storage, storage of cargo,
Transportation of cargo to the berths,
Loading onto the vessel,
Lashing and separation of cargo on board of the vessels.

Import:

Unloading of cargoes form the vessel, r/w transport,
Transportation to the place of storage, warehousing,
Loading onto the r/w or motor transport.

2. Transshipment as per direct scheme

«transport – vessel» (export),
«vessel – transport» (import).

The process of transshipment will include:

Export:

Transportation of cargoes to the place of loading,
Loading onto the vessel.

Import:

Unloading of cargoes from the vessel,
Loading onto the r/w or motor transport.

The loading rate is applied provided that loading will be performed to all cargo spaces.

Vessel «SТ – SТК» with one hole, tank – top of 20 m and more.
Vessel «SТ – SТК» with two holes, tank - top of less than 20 m.

Upon reception of vessel which is not fitted for loading of specified cargo including twin-deck vessels with the hole or twin deck less than 3 m, vessels having under-deck spaces over 2 m the mutual report is drawn out and signed by the Company and the Operator/his agent. In case Operator’s agent is absent the unilateral report drawn out by the Company is considered as valid. In case the Operator refused to sign the repot the surveyor is attracted. The report drawn out by the surveyor is considered as legal and binding for both Parties. The guilty Party is to indemnify the cost of surveyor’s services. The loading rates may be revised as per written consent of parties.
