1. General information
The JSC «Novoroslesexport» is the only specialized timber port in the south of Russia with up to date technologies and European level of services.
The Timber terminal is designed for loading of timber carrying vessels, intermediate timber storage at the warehouse territory, completion of timber parties and unloading of the railway platforms as well.
The port may provide transshipment of the following timber materials:
- Sawn timber in hard transport packages
- Plywood in packages
- Fiberboard in packages
- Hardboard in packages
The cargoes are transshipped from railway and motor transport to specially fitted vessels.
Presently the terminal is based on the territory of the Area 1,2,3,6 and 7 of the JSC «Novoroslesexport».
2. Technological objects as a part of timber terminal:
- Maritime loading berths;
- R/w transport unloading front;
- Roofed crane trestle;
- Sorting and warehousing area;
- Rear warehousing areas;
- Approaching ways for reception of r/w and motor transport;
- Checkpoints.

The output of the JSC «Novoroslesexport» timber terminal makes 3 000 000 м³ per year.
At the present time realization of the project on increasing timber cargos transshipment values on the terminal of JSC “Novoroslesexport” is finished (see details in section Investment projects).
